Custom web apps built around your business.
When an off-the-shelf tool cannot do what you need, I build it. Custom web apps, dashboards, booking systems, member portals, and integrations, engineered around your exact workflow and built to scale as you grow.
Custom quote, scoped to exactly what you need.
Everything you get.
Web apps and custom software
Custom features and real business logic
Integrations, dashboards, and accounts
Real payments and secure user logins
Built to scale with your business
Fully yours to own
Businesses that need something custom, a tool, a portal, or a platform, not just a marketing site.
When a website is not enough
Some businesses need a tool, not a brochure. A portal where clients log in and see their own information. A dashboard that shows you the numbers that matter every morning. A booking system that fits how you actually schedule, not how a generic app assumes you do. A workflow that currently lives in three spreadsheets and a group chat.
That is what I build here. Software, built around your exact process.
What I have built
Spotlight by Maus & Co. A visibility scanner that reads any business's website the way an assistant would, grades it honestly, and tells the owner the one thing to fix first. Built for my own outreach, now used by real businesses.
Thrive 65. An exercise library and program builder for a senior fitness practice. The trainer assembles a client's program from a library of movements; the client sees it on their phone.
A command center for a mobile detailing business. Jobs, schedule, and the day's numbers on one screen, built for a phone in a driveway.
Client portals. Business owners editing their own site content from a phone, no developer in the loop.
What it costs
Custom web apps are quoted from $4,000. Every one is scoped first, then quoted flat.
The range is wide because the work is. A single-purpose tool with a login and one screen sits at the bottom. A multi-user platform with payments, roles, and integrations sits well above it. I will tell you which one you are describing before you commit to anything.
Same terms: half to start, half on delivery after approval.
How long
Longer than a website. A focused tool can be done in a couple of weeks. A full platform takes longer, and I will give you a real timeline at the scoping stage rather than a hopeful one.
What "built to scale" means
It means I do not build it so that it breaks at fifty users. Real database, real authentication, real payments if you need them, hosted on infrastructure that grows with you. It also means it is yours: the code, the data, the accounts. If you outgrow me, you take it with you. A system I host and run for you carries a monthly for the hosting, the database and the backups, and I quote it with the build so you see both numbers before you decide.
What I need from you
Walk me through how the work actually happens today. Not how it is supposed to happen. Where the spreadsheet lives, who updates it, what breaks. The app is only as good as my understanding of the job, so this conversation is most of the scoping.
Who this is not for
If an existing tool does the job, use it. I will say so. Building custom software to replace something that costs $30 a month is a bad trade, and I would rather lose the project than sell you one.
Common questions
Do you build phone apps?
I build web apps that install to your phone's home screen and open like an app, with no app store, no approval process, and no separate build for iPhone and Android. For almost every business that is the right answer. If you genuinely need a native app, I will tell you so and point you to someone who does that.
Can it connect to the tools I already use?
Usually. Payments, calendars, email, SMS, most modern services have a way in. I check during scoping.
Who owns the code?
You do. In writing.
Simple, start to finish.
Send your vision
Send me a notepad with everything you want: features, pages, the look, and examples you like. The more detail, the better.
I build it
I turn your notes into a real design and a working build, fast. I refine until it matches what you pictured.
You approve
Final review. Nothing launches until you love it, and the balance is due when it does.
Launch and own
It goes live on your domain, in your name. Yours to keep.
Ready to get started?
Tell me what you want and I send back a flat quote and a timeline, usually same day. No pressure, just a clear quote.
I take on only a handful of builds at a time, so your project gets my full attention.
