Terms of Service

The work

Maus & Co. designs and builds websites, online stores, web apps, and apps. The scope of each project is agreed in writing before we begin, based on the details you provide.

Pricing and payment

Build fees are quoted up front based on your project and your budget, starting at $1,000. A 50% deposit is due to begin the project and reserve your spot, and the remaining 50% is due on delivery, once your project is live and ownership is transferred to you. Optional care plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime.

Ownership

On final payment, the completed work, domain, and admin access are transferred fully into your name. You own it. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Revisions and approval

We refine your project until it matches what was agreed. You review and approve the final result before launch and payment. Significant changes outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide the content, materials, and timely feedback needed to complete the work, and that you have the rights to any materials you give us.

Liability

We deliver our work with care, but we cannot guarantee specific business results. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the project.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your phone number through our contact or quote form, you agree to receive text messages from Maus & Co. related to your inquiry, including replies to your questions and appointment scheduling. This is our customer care and scheduling messaging program.

• Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We do not share your phone number or opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing.
