Website Design

Custom website design that brings in customers.

A website should do more than look good, it should bring you leads and sales. I design and build you a fast, custom, mobile-first site that gets found on Google and turns visitors into customers, live in days and yours to own.

A one-page setup is $900, live in a week. Full websites from $2,500.

Best for

Any business that needs a professional site that actually brings in work, not just a digital business card.

What you actually get

Not a template with your logo dropped in. A site designed from scratch around what your business does and who calls you. Every page is built for a phone first, because that is where most of your visitors are, then made to work on a desktop.

It loads fast. That is not a feature I list to sound thorough. A slow page loses the visitor before they see your phone number, and Google ranks slow pages lower. I build for speed from the first line of code, not as a fix at the end.

It is set up so Google can read it. That means the hidden description blocks that tell search engines what your business is, where it is, and what you sell. Titles and summaries on every page. A map of the site that search engines can follow. Most sites skip this and then wonder why they do not show up.

It captures leads. Contact forms, booking, quote requests, whatever fits your business. A form that emails you within seconds, not a mailto link that opens someone's email app and gets abandoned.

And it is yours. The domain is registered in your name. The code is yours. When I finish, I hand over the keys and you can walk away with it if you ever want to.

What it costs

A one-page setup, your business on one page and live in a week, is $900. A full multi-page site starts at $2,500.

Half up front, half when it is done. The deposit starts the project. The balance is due when you have approved the finished site and the domain and admin access are in your name. If you are not happy with what you see, the balance does not get paid.

Before any of that, you can see a preview for free. Send what you have in mind and I build you a real preview of your site, no deposit, no card. If it is right, I finish it. If it is not, you owe nothing.

How long

Most sites go live in days. Not weeks, not "six to eight weeks". The clock starts when the deposit lands and your notes are in. What slows it down is waiting on content: if the photos and the text about your services take a week to arrive, the site takes a week longer. Send everything up front and it goes fast.

What I need from you

A notepad. Literally. Everything you want in one place: the pages you need, the services you offer, the look you like, sites you have seen and admired, sites you hate, your logo if you have one, photos if you have them. The more you send, the closer the first build is to what you pictured.

You do not need to know anything about websites. You need to know your business, and you already do.

Editing it yourself afterwards

You get an editing portal. Change your hours, swap a photo, update a price, add a service. No code, no developer, no waiting. If you would rather never touch it, the care plan handles edits for you, but that is optional and never required.

What this is not for

If you want a site by Friday and you have not picked a business name yet, this is not the week. If you want a $200 site, there are template builders that will rent you one. What they will not do is let you own it, and when you stop paying it disappears. That is the trade.

Common questions

Do you use WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace?

No. Every site is custom code. Faster, more secure, and nobody can raise the rent on it.

Can you redesign my existing site?

Yes. I keep what works, rebuild what does not, and move your domain over without downtime.

What about showing up on Google?

The technical side is built in: structure, speed, descriptions, schema. Ongoing content and ranking work is a separate conversation, and I will tell you straight whether you need it.

How it works

Simple, start to finish.

1

Send your vision

Send me a notepad with everything you want: features, pages, the look, and examples you like. The more detail, the better.

2

I build it

I turn your notes into a real design and a working build, fast. I refine until it matches what you pictured.

3

You approve

Final review. Nothing launches until you love it, and the balance is due when it does.

4

Launch and own

It goes live on your domain, in your name. Yours to keep.

Let's build it

Ready to get started?

Tell me what you want and I send back a flat quote and a timeline, usually same day. No pressure, just a clear quote.

I take on only a handful of builds at a time, so your project gets my full attention.
