Junk and Gunk Solutions

He was not short of a website. He was short of calls.

He was not short of a website. He was short of calls.

Who they are

Junk removal. Caeden Ledesma.

The situation

Same as Amber's, and same answer. Caeden had a website already. Everything ran on Facebook ads, so every job came at a cost per lead and nothing arrived when the budget was off.

What we built

A lead generation system. It finds people who need junk removed and routes them to Caeden, who follows up and books the job.

The decisions

  • He had a website. That was not the problem.

Caeden was not short of a website, he was short of calls. A new site would not have produced work this week, and this week was the problem. So I did not build one.

  • A person does the follow-up, on purpose.

Junk removal is quoted by looking at the pile. An automated quote is a wrong quote, and a wrong quote either loses the job or wins it at a price that hurts. The system finds the lead. Caeden closes it, because that part genuinely needs him.

  • It replaces the ad spend rather than sitting on top of it.

Every lead from Facebook cost money and stopped the day the budget did. This keeps producing without a meter running.

The outcome

In Caeden's words:
Troy helped me with marketing and made me a lead generator. I'm getting more leads than ever before. This guy is the man. Worth every penny.

Timeline and investment

One to two weeks. Lead systems start at $999.
